Privacy

Pod Tracker is run by one person and does not exist to monetize you. Here is what it stores, why, and how to remove it.

What we store

• Account fields: email address, hashed password, display name, timezone, preferred units, and an email-verification timestamp.
• Decks: the decklists you import or paste, their commander, source URLs you give us, and the deterministic analysis we compute from them.
• Pods: pods you build, the slots they contain, and the Rule 0 brief produced for them.
• Audit events: a log of import, deletion, and account-relevant actions tied to your account.
• Codex credentials (if you opt in to AI evaluation): encrypted account-auth tokens. Never logged, never rendered to the browser.

What we don't do

• No third-party trackers or advertising scripts.
• No selling your data.
• No sharing decklists, notes, or pod data with anyone except via opt-in revocable share links you create yourself.
• No scraping authenticated provider data on your behalf.

Your controls

• Export: Account → Export downloads a JSON dump of your account and decks.
• Delete: Account → Delete account removes your records on the next request cycle.
• Revoke shares: Pod share links can be revoked at any time from the pod page.

Hosting

Pod Tracker is hosted on infrastructure operated by the project owner. Database backups exist for disaster recovery. If the project shuts down, accounts are notified before data is deleted.
